Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee/espresso drinks per company standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and customer areas
- Upsell products and build customer relationships
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
