Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews, according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, including cleaning machines, counters, and seating areas to ensure health and safety standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately at the register, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Follow all company policies and food handling regulations strictly.
- Engage with customers to answer questions about our menu and build rapport.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required; we provide training!
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink recipes, and latte art is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Must be available to work weekends, mornings, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
