Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal specialties
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing payments and maintaining cash handling protocols
- Uphold exceptional cleanliness standards for equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized service recommendations
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food/beverage service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
