Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with portfolio
- Expert-level latte art and brewing certification
- Proven leadership/supervisory experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins and processing methods
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work high-volume shifts efficiently
- Food safety certification preferred
