Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/retail items
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista experience or equivalent coffee preparation skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and bean varieties
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
