Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory using RF scanners and inventory management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist in packing orders for local and regional delivery.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery as required and certified.
- Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or discrepancies immediately to the Shift Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse location.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with availability for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
