As a Weekend Part-Time Associate, you will be the face of our operations, ensuring our inventory flows smoothly and our customers receive top-tier service. We pride ourselves on our team culture and offer competitive pay for weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal shelf levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and shipping of outbound orders with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly during shift hours.
- Perform light physical labor, including lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for local deliveries.
