Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately retrieve and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock counts and organize inventory to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday shift team to ensure smooth handovers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not strictly required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
