Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on speed and damage prevention.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and safety training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tulsa facility.
