Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to all OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
