Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform basic inventory counts and stock rotation to prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
