Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise into the warehouse inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and precise manner.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and within guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Update inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer software.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform basic quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (for vehicle operation if applicable).
