Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipping with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate scanning equipment and manage digital tracking systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience with warehouse software or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
