Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping and receiving periods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Forklift certification (preferred but we offer training for the right candidates).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
