Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with digital reporting capabilities
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize remote-friendly tools for scheduling and task management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Colorado Springs facility
- Experience with warehouse management software a plus
