Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from trailers and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems and scanners.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to read and interpret safety labels and work orders.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
