Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for efficient shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
