Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain meticulous documentation of warehouse activities
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize order picking/packing processes for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
