Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipment contents against packing slips.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
