Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform cycle counts on a daily basis.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) and weekends.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
