Responsibilities
- Accurately process and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through efficient stocking and rotation practices
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability between 6 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
