Responsibilities
- Sort, package, and prepare shipments for overnight delivery routes
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
