Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and SOPs strictly
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Communicate effectively with day shift supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability to work 4-8 hour shifts (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid state ID for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to industrial district
