Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for the upcoming week to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate records within our warehouse management system.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and power jacks to move stock.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify item quantities against packing lists.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and other team members to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; training provided for the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
