Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 6-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
