Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring all cargo is handled with care and speed.
- Sort, pick, and pack customer orders to meet daily productivity targets with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and update stock systems accurately using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (Evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging time and tracking inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment.
