Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely to ensure timely distribution.
- Organize and stock merchandise on warehouse shelves according to company standards.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but not required).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning items and using inventory software.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
