What You Will Do
As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing packages and merchandise.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and accuracy goals.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and status updates professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or weekday evenings depending on current needs).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
