Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, accuracy, and efficiency during the evening shift.
- Monitor quality control standards to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and shipment preparation.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and night hours as scheduled.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation is required.
