Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Process Shipments: Efficiently pick, pack, label, and prepare packages for daily outbound delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing orders meet company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and shift leads to resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong track record of punctuality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- License: Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
