Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and assist with product selection
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory counts
- Support team with restocking and stockroom organization
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to weekend sales goals through suggestive selling
Qualifications
- Available Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-5pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and POS system literacy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
