Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays according to company standards.
- Unload delivery trucks and rotate stock to ensure freshness and availability.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing the sales floor.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering basic questions.
- Perform price changes and inventory checks as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and heavy equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (shift typically starts between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for price scanning and inventory management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
