As a premier entertainment destination, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, assisting guests with inquiries, showcasing our premium merchandise, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience in our high-traffic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and organization of back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to security and accuracy policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise (up to 30 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
