Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, sizing assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorset arrangements, window displays, and promotional signage
- Manage inventory tasks including stockroom organization, shipment processing, and cycle counts
- Uphold store cleanliness standards including fitting rooms, sales floor, and checkout areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in loss prevention measures by monitoring suspicious activity and securing merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience with proven sales performance
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Proficiency in retail technology including POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Physical stamina required for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and fast-paced movement
