Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues with software, billing, and account access
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet weekly performance metrics for quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with on-call support for complex escalations
- Participate in weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 8am-6pm PST
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
