Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails regarding product information and account support during evening hours.
- Data Management: Accurately enter and update customer data into our internal CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
- Support Operations: Assist in maintaining a high level of service quality and operational efficiency within the evening shift.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends as needed.
