Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during evening and weekend hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Stay updated on product features, policy changes, and new software tools.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST) and weekends as required.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Fluency in English is required.
