Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Communications: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure high retention rates.
- Perform Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular self-audits to ensure all service standards and scripts are followed.
- Shift Handovers: Communicate critical issues and pending tasks to the day shift team during shift transitions.
- Inventory & Logistics: Assist in the verification and processing of nightly orders or shipments as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating evening shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
