Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage weekend clinic operations efficiently
- Assist with patient intake, insurance verification, and electronic health records
- Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Handle confidential patient communications with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain HIPAA compliance standards across all documentation processes
- Prepare weekend medical supplies and ensure equipment readiness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or healthcare certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
