Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during evening and weekend shifts
- Accurately document medical records and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Respond to patient inquiries and address concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all HIPAA compliance protocols and safety regulations
- Support facility operations during off-peak hours with proactive problem-solving
- Participate in shift handovers and team huddles for continuity of care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/MA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to cover varying evening/weekend schedules
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if transporting patients)
- Background check and health clearance required
