Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during evening/night shifts with focus on critical assessment and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to cover weekends and holidays as needed
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
