Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, medication assistance, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments following OSHA standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Complete electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work evenings (4pm-12am) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
