Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans using EMR systems
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift staff during handover transitions
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current Michigan RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (nights preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner experience a plus)
- Exceptional critical thinking under pressure
- Flexible availability between 7PM-7AM
