Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples accurately using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and label specimens following strict protocols

- Provide exceptional patient care during high-volume evening/weekend hours
- Utilize EHR systems for documentation
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with medical team for efficient patient flow
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Strong venipuncture skills with low-miss rate
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Background check and drug screen required
