Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle customer tickets and inquiries via email, chat, and phone support during weekend shifts.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot technical and service-related problems efficiently and professionally.
- Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Client Communication: Maintain a positive and professional tone while communicating with diverse client bases.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly remote team meetings and handover sessions.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 10-20 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous customer service or technical support experience is highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
