Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Process transactions and orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM) and weekend shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A reliable, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
