Responsibilities
- Represent Capital City Events at weekend festivals, concerts, and corporate functions
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to event attendees
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with diverse audiences
- Assist with event setup, registration, and logistical coordination
- Collect attendee feedback and report operational insights
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak events
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at any DC-area university or college
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across DC
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments
- Basic knowledge of DC landmarks and attractions
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18+ years old
