- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism during evening check-ins and events
- Manage reservation inquiries and optimize room assignments for evening arrivalsCoordinate with valet, concierge, and dining teams for seamless guest transitions
- Handle billing transactions and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas during evening peak hours
- Process late-night check-outs and prepare rooms for next-day arrivals

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
