Responsibilities
- Provide premium beverage service during evening walking tours and private events
- Execute food safety protocols while presenting local culinary specialties
- Engage guests with historical and cultural narratives of New Orleans
- Maintain pristine presentation of service equipment and event spaces
- Process cashless transactions and reconcile nightly reports
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless event transitions
- Adapt service style to diverse guest demographics and preferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional food/beverage service experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours during evening shifts
- TAMS/Alcohol Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and customer rapport skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays (5pm-11pm shifts)
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and landmarks preferred
- Reliable transportation to French Quarter location
