Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm smile and assist with their shopping needs promptly.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances at the end of the shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Must pass a background check.
